The Greenville Transportation Authority has officially launched a Comprehensive Operational Analysis (COA) of the Greenlink system. This study is expected to wrap up in August 2017 and the findings will outline revenue-neutral service changes to increase the efficiency of Greenlink’s fixed route bus system. During the course of the study, GTA will be seeking public input in two ways:

  1. Public Survey – https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/GreenvilleTransit is live now.  Please feel free to share the link. Feedback from as many people as possible will help plan a system that will better meet the needs of residents. The survey will remain open until March 24th.
  2. Public Meetings and Stakeholder Interviews – keep an eye out for invitations to participate in upcoming focus groups. Additionally, the consultant leading the study efforts will hold a drop-in meeting on an evening in late-April from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. for the public to learn more about the study and provide input. More details to follow once the date is set.
