The City of Mauldin operates with a council form of government. The elected officials include the Mayor and six Council members. City Council appoints the City Administrator, Municipal Clerk, Clerk of Court, City Judge, City Attorney, and City Prosecutor. The City of Mauldin’s administration consists of the City Administrator, Municipal Clerk, and the Finance Department. To learn more about appointed personnel, please visit the City Officials page.

The Mauldin City Council meets on the third Monday of each month. The meetings promptly start at 7:00pm in the City Hall council chambers. Committee meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month beginning at 6:00pm. Minutes from the meetings are posted on the Agendas and Minutes page.
