Planning Commission

The City of Mauldin's Planning Commission is responsible for the development and redevelopment of the City. The Planning Commission develops and executes a continuing planning program for the social, physical, and economic growth of the City. Other duties include monitoring and updating the City’s Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Ordinance.
