Mauldin is located in a prime real estate section of northwestern South Carolina. The City's proximity to I-85 allows for traveling professionals to access the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport within minutes. Mauldin was the 10th fastest growing city in South Carolina from 2000-2007 and it perfectly aligns with Greenville County’s business model.
