According to the S.C. Department of Commerce, BB&T will invest $30 million to construct a 140,000-square-foot facility at 825 E. Butler Road, Mauldin.
“With this state-of-the-art facility, we will be better equipped to provide our clients with superior service, as we help them fulfill the dream of homeownership,” said Tol Broome, BB&T mortgage lending president, in the release.
“The addition of BB&T will positively impact our community and generate more opportunities for the entire Upstate, and we are committed to working with them to make this endeavor a huge success,” said Dennis Raines, mayor of Mauldin.
