Mauldin is located in the beautiful northwestern region of South Carolina. The community is part of the I-85 Corridor, one of the fastest-growing areas in the nation with easy access to both Charlotte and Atlanta. Ten minutes from the city is the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport which is convenient for both business and leisure travelers.
Mauldin is in close proximity to many business headquarters including BMW Manufacturing Company and Michelin North America. Soon, the community will welcome the completion of the Millennium Campus located on both I-85 and Hwy 276. Part of the innovative campus includes Clemson University’s International Center for Automotive Research (CU I-CAR), and Bon Secours St. Francis Health System. A total of 20,000 high-skilled jobs are expected to be one of many positive results of the Millennium Campus.
