Week 6 Schedule
Join the City of Mauldin for an Executive Briefing regarding an effort to improve mobility and accessibility and reducing congestion and pollution in Mauldin. The meeting will take place at the Mauldin Cultural Center on Monday, July 23rd at 6PM. Please RSVP if you plan on attending.
Those attending will be able to review a study for the Greenville Urbanized Area on the GPATS-funded Feasibility Report regarding automated transit networks (ATN) or GreenPods as a mobility solution in Mauldin. The study is focused on determining what the Greenville ridership and revenues are likely to be, and if revenues could be sufficient to pay for operating and maintenance costs while also paying off capital costs over time.
Peter Muller, President of PRT Consulting, will report on the study's results, presenting the findings as related to mobility, travel times and feasibility in Mauldin and discussing possible next steps for Greenville County and the Cities of Mauldin, Greenville, and Clemson.
